Kundalini Yoga was held secret for centuries until Yogi Bhajan brought it to the West in 1969 making it available to all, his teachings are positive, self-empowering attitudes of thinking, being & living.

Ultimately, it is about you knowing, experiencing, trusting, understanding, supporting and you taking care of you.
